Sub-processors

We engage the third parties listed below to provide parts of the Company Financial Statements service. We give Customers at least 30 days' notice before adding or replacing any sub-processor that processes personal data, by email and via an in-app banner.

Compute (Cloud Run), database (Cloud SQL), object storage (GCS), logging.

Location: asia-south1 (Mumbai). Logs may transit US for support.

Stripe Payments India

Subscription billing, tax invoice generation (GST), customer portal.

Location: United States. India representative entity holds the relationship.

Resend

Transactional email — verification, invitations, FS-share, billing alerts.

Location: United States.

Sentry

Application error tracking with stack traces.

Location: United States. Self-hosted alternative planned post-pilot.

Firebase Cloud Messaging

Android push notifications.

Location: United States.
